Investigators are still combing the waters from Orange to Westchester for a missing kayaker's body as his fiancee and accused killer remains behind bars.

Vincent Viafore disappeared near Cornwall almost three weeks ago. While there has been no sign of the 46-year-old's body, investigative dive expert Butch Hendricks is confident that Viafore will be found. Hendricks also says it's likely a matter of days.

Inconsistencies in Angelika Graswald's story led police to charge the 35-year-old in Viafore's presumed death.

Graswald maintains from behind bars that she's being wrongfully accused of tampering with Viafore's kayak. She says she's being charged because of problems and statements written in her diary.
