Sleepy Hollow Police Chief Anthony Bueti confirms to News 12 that a department lieutenant who is accused of driving drunk and having sexual intercourse in a police vehicle is now suspended - following News 12's report on the allegations earlier this month.

The lieutenant is accused of inappropriate behavior with a subordinate officer in an unmarked cruiser while both were off duty in April and attending work-related celebrations.
