New York is handing out fines to local utility companies because of their response to Tropical Storm Isaias.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that Con Edison, Orange & Rockland and Central Hudson are being fined a combined $137 million.
More than 900,000 customers were without power at the height of the August storm.
In response, Orange & Rockland and Con Edison say they will review the orders.
