Cleanup crews in Orange County spent Tuesday clearing a wintry mix from local roadways.
DPW Commissioner Jeff Feagles was concerned that the mix of snow and freezing rain would make driving conditions unsafe with black ice during rush hour.
He says crews treated roads with a salt/sand mix.
Feagles predicts the county is in for a rough season weather-wise, like last year.
