3ds agoOrange County Executive Stephen Neuhaus delivered an update on the progress of the county.
He focused on ramping up the county’s protocols to increase students' safety in case of an active shooter emergency.
The county will be releasing three separate videos from an active shooter training to help parents, faculty and first responders understand what to expect in one of these situations.
Other protocols include an upgraded communication system and safe meeting places in emergency circumstances.
