BRIEFING NOTES:
- There are 46 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, and 951 active cases. Latimer says this is the first time the county has had less than 1,000 active cases.
- He says that one month ago, there were 12,000 active cases.
- Latimer says 20% of people who get tested for COVID-19 test positive. He says last month, one in three people tested positive for coronavirus.

- Latimer says he's hoping Phase Two will begin tomorrow, June 9. Reopenings in Phase Two include all retail except for stores inside of malls (but stores in malls with external entrances can reopen), administrative support functions like offices, outdoor and street dining, beauty salons and barbershops, municipal pools and summer day camps.
- Nail salons will not reopen with Phase Two.
