Westchester County Executive George Latimer is providing a coronavirus update.
BRIEFING NOTES:
Westchester County Executive George Latimer says he will stop daily briefings on Monday, July 6 as COVID-19 cases and deaths continue to drop.
Active COVID-19 cases are at 642.
There were 4,000 tests on Wednesday - 27 positive cases.
Scarsdale Mayor Marc Samwick joins Latimer's daily briefing.
Latimer says miniature golf courses throughout the county will start opening.
Latimer says many day camps in the county have already sold out. Many are operating at a limited capacity this summer.
Latimer says county government will close tomorrow in respect to Juneteenth, which celebrates the end of slavery in the United States.
