A $40 million project is in the works to transform a portion of the town's Route 9 corridor. It will create a mixed-use district that includes housing, offices, retail, hospitality and a bustling waterfront.
Cortlandt's Verplank Waterfront is also receiving renovations, as well as a new performance space for the launch of the annual Cortlandt Summer Concert series.
