A television director from Dobbs Ferry has been arrested on child pornography charges, according to police.
Authorities say Jason Alexander had digital files of children engaged in pornography on his computer.
Alexander, known as Jace, is the son of Tony and Emmy award-winning actress Jane Alexander. He's directed and produced hits like NBC's "Law and Order." He is not the actor with the same name best known for his role of George Costanza on "Seinfeld."
Alexander is free on $10,000 bail. He's due back in court in November and faces a maximum sentence of seven years in state prison.
