A Queens couple is accused of running a massive marijuana grow house in Valley Cottage.
Lori Pirrone and Joseph Pisana were arrested near their Thomas Court home where police say they found more than 75 pounds of marijuana during a raid on Sept. 29. Investigators say the marijuana has a street value of over $250,000.
Officers say they also seized cocaine, five handguns and $40,000 in cash from the home.
Police say the couple was trying to head back to the house, which is owned by Pisana, when they were caught.
The couple was arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court Friday afternoon on a slew of charges stemming from their arrest.
Bond was set at $100,000 for Pisana and $5,000 for Pirrone. They are due back in court Nov. 2.
