Many communities across Westchester are setting up cooling centers Monday for residents without air conditioners.As temperatures are expected to approach 100 degrees, the Elmsford Senior Community Center on North Stone Avenue is offering residents relief. In addition to a place to keep cool, the center is providing bottled water and games for children. Members of the Elmsford Fire Department will also be heading out to the homes of seniors citizens to check on them.
