WEDNESDAY: Cool start, sunny, warm, and dry. High of 78. Low of 61.
THURSDAY: Partly sunny, warm, chance of showers. High of 77. Low of 66.
FRIDAY: Chance of AM showers, mix of sun and clouds, warmer and humid. High of 82. Low of 69.

TROPICAL UPDATE: There are three named storms in the Atlantic with two other tropical waves that need to be monitored closely. Tropical Storm Franklin will impact Puerto Rico and Hispaniola Tuesday through Wednesday. Puerto Rico, Haiti and the Dominican Republic will face widespread flash flooding and mudslides. Tropical cyclone nine is moving into the Gulf of Mexico and will likely become a tropical storm by tomorrow morning. It will produce heavy rain, flooding and tropical storm conditions over parts of Southern Texas Tuesday morning.
