A man is being hospitalized for evaluation after threatening to harm himself during a standoff with police.
Clarkstown police say the man barricaded himself with firearms on Hall Avenue in Nyack Saturday night around 9:45 p.m.
Police say the man eventually relented. He was sent to Nyack Hospital for evaluation.
No arrests were made as a result of the incident.
