A Brooklyn man has been sentenced to 45 years to life in prison for a deadly shooting in Newburgh.
Romaine McRae was convicted of second-degree murder and attempted murder for the shooting, which occurred on Lander Street in April 2023.
The incident resulted in the death of one man and left another paralyzed.
A co-defendant also pleaded guilty and will be sentenced at a later date.
