Police say a Bronx teen that went missing from a Putnam County foster home has been found.
Officials say Karla Garlarza, 16, who lives in the Philipstown area, was found in the Bronx and is currently with state police.
Galarza was last seen in the Bronx, where's she's originally from, on Wednesday. She had initially disappeared near East 149th Street Tuesday night.
The 16-year-old has significant developmental disabilities and was in need of medication.
