Heavy rain Friday caused concerns about flooding in parts of the Hudson Valley, including along the Bronx River Parkway in White Plains.
The parkway has been a spot for years when it comes to flooding, residents say.
It was shut down earlier Friday due to flooding, but it has since reopened.
