The relatives of three men killed in 2009's Taconic Parkway wrong-way crash reached an out-of-court settlement today in a lawsuit stemming from the crash.
The lawsuit was filed by relatives of Michael Bastardi, Guy Bastardi and Daniel Longo. The men were killed when a car driven by Long Island mom Diane Schuler hit them head-on in Pleasantville. Schuler, her daughter and three nieces were also killed.
The lawsuit was filed against Schuler and Warren Hance, who owned the car.
The amount of the settlement was sealed.
The Bastardis' attorney says the families can now move on with their lives.
