A man's body was found in a wooded area in Putnam County yesterday.
The body was discovered off Route 6, near John Simpson Road, in Carmel.
Officials say they know the identity of the man, but are not releasing it until they've notified the family.
The Putnam County Sheriff's Office tells News 12 there does not appear to be any foul play involved, but are awaiting results of an autopsy.
