Crews from United Water have repaired a water main break near Singletown Road that closed Blauvelt Road this morning.
A 16-inch main running under Blauvelt Road broke, sending muddy water down the street. It was reported at about 1:30 a.m.
Late last week, another main in the same general area also broke, forcing a boil water advisory to be issued. The order was later rescinded.
No boil water advisory has been issued for this break, but a United Water spokesperson says customers may experience low pressure and some discoloration.
United Water says while the water may be discolored, it is safe.
Only five United Water customers lost all water while the repairs were being made.
