A Bedford Hills student quest to win "American Ninja Warrior" fell just short of victory.
Emily Gardiner, 16, made it to the finals but was unable to navigate the "Gambler" obstacle successfully.
Nonetheless, she left an impressive mark during the show's 15th season.
Gardiner became the fourth teenage female to conquer the “Jumping Spider” obstacle on her way to the finals.
Gardiner, who hones her ninja skills at Grit Ninja in Pleasantville, also dedicates her time to training and coaching children in the techniques of ninja warrior challenges.
