A bald eagle that was seriously injured in Orange County was released back into the wild on Sunday.
A New Hampton family helped rescue the eagle after it flew into their window and got a concussion.
It then spent a week getting treatment from veterinarians, the Department of Environmental Conservation, and wildlife rescuers before being released at Ridgebury Lake.
