Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino has unveiled his 2015 spending plan.
Astorino released his budget plan just one week after losing the governor's race to Gov. Andrew Cuomo. The plan includes no increased tax levy for the fifth year in a row.
The proposal calls for about 1 percent more spending than this year's $1.74 billion budget.
The Westchester County Board of Legislators will have until the end of December to approve the budget.
