Authorities have made an arrest in the November death of a 42-year-old man from Williamsbridge.
According to police, William Ewell was found unconscious at Bronx Park East and Mace Avenue in Allerton after getting into an argument with 20-year-old Donald Leito, of Mount Vernon.
They say Leito punched Ewell, causing him to hit his head when he fell to the ground. He was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center, where he later died.
The medical examiner ruled the death a homicide, and Leito was taken into custody on assault charges.
