A Westchester mother picked her kids up from school and attempted to drive them home Thursday, even though police say she was drunk.Jeanine Chrysogelos was arrested and is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child. A judge ordered Chrysogelos to temporarily stay away from her two children.Chrysogelos? arrest is the latest in a spate of incidents where women have been caught allegedly driving drunk while their children were in the car. In late November, 41-year-old Deborah Havir, of Mahopac, is believed to have been driving drunk with three young children in the backseat. She crashed into a tree on Route 118 in Somers after police say she left a bar. Days later, Siobhan Fahy, of Brewster, was arrested on the Saw Mill Parkway in Greenburgh. Her 4-year-old and 9-year-old children were with her in the car when she was arrested and charged with DWI and drug possession.Chrysogelos was released after her arraignment and will appear in court December 15.
