Westchester County is celebrating the grand opening of Summit on Hudson, a new 113-unit affordable housing complex in Yonkers designed to meet the needs of low- and moderate-income families.
The $55 million development features 45 units specifically reserved for formerly homeless tenants.
The new six-story building is conveniently located a half-mile from the Yonkers train station.
Westchester Housing Action Coalition (West-HAB), a nonprofit affordable housing developer, spearheaded the project.
