The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency has approved financial incentives for one of the biggest developments in the city.
"Teutonia Hall," a nearly $460 million mixed-use residential complex featuring two luxury towers, is set to be constructed at 4 Buena Vista Avenue. The 41-story buildings will offer over 900 apartments, with more than 90 designated as affordable housing.
The construction of this ambitious project is expected to span seven years and generate over 1,000 jobs.
As part of the approved incentives, developers will receive a nearly $13 million sales tax break and a multimillion-dollar mortgage recording tax exemption.
