Police say several more were injured after the car ran into a group of trick-or-treaters in Morris Park.
Authorities say a 52-year-old man was driving a Dodge Charger when it hit a car, went airborne and landed on a curb.
Louis Perez, 65, was pronounced dead on the scene. His 10-year-old granddaughter, Nyanna Aquil, was taken to Jacobi Medical Center along with 24-year-old Kristian Leka, where they were pronounced dead.
A 3-year-old girl, a 9-year-old girl and a 21-year-old woman were also taken to Jacobi Medical Center and treated for injuries.
The driver is in stable condition at Jacobi Medical Center.
