A man accused of killing a dog in Greenburgh has been cleared of all charges.

The Westchester County District Attorney's Office says a jury found Cory Eulin not guilty Friday.

Prosecutors had accused him of grabbing a shih tzu by the neck and throwing it into the street.

Investigators also claimed Eulin attempted to assault the dog's owner when he was confronted.

The not guilty verdict came after two days of jury deliberations.
