Officials say once police arrived on the scene, they found a male victim with multiple stab wounds
They controlled his bleeding with a tourniquet and later transported the victim to a hospital in stable condition.
Police say an investigation led officers to a suspect, who was later placed in custody.
A preliminary investigation revealed it appeared to be a targeted assault stemming from a dispute between known parties.
Officials say there is no active threat to the public.
