An injured owl is recovering after it was discovered outside the Orange County Government Center by a local first responder.
Goshen EMS Chief Kristen Eagleston was driving by the government center and stopped by to help the animal.
The owl was safely covered with a blanket and taken to a local veterinarian for care.
A wildlife rehabilitator later picked up the owl to continue its care.
