Lowe, who previously pleaded not guilty, has been under scrutiny since his 53-year-old neighbor was discovered stabbed multiple times in his garage in 2022.
According to law enforcement authorities, the investigation has led them to believe that Lowe hired Damante Stansberry of Middletown for the crime. Stansberry has confessed to the act and awaits sentencing.
