Lawrence Ray is serving 60 years for moving into his daughter's dorm and manipulating her friends and roommates into cult-like relationships.
Some students said they were coerced into prostitution and were forced to give Ray money over several years.
The judge called him an "evil genius" who used psychological torture to control his victims.
