An Ulster County man was arrested following an alleged domestic violence incident.
Saugerties police say they were called to a home on Old Stage Road early Saturday morning.
Officers say 33-year-old Richard Marinello intentionally caused damage inside the residence and attacked another resident – punching the victim in the face and in the stomach.
Marinello was charged with attempted assault, criminal mischief, and criminal contempt.
