Miss Westchester, Hudson Valley crowned at Ardsley Banquet Hall
Dozens of beauty queens gathered at an Ardsley Banquet Hall for the Miss Westchester and Miss Hudson Valley USA pageant. The contestants worked for months preparing for the county-wide pageant.
