Police say on July 21, 2025, they received a call that Zandrea Harris was found unresponsive at the intersection of Noble and Berkshire avenues.

An investigation found that Tillery was driving a sedan south on Noble Avenue when he allegedly struck Harris, who was pushing a shopping cart near Noble Avenue and Putnam Street.

Police say Tillery continued to drive, dragging Harris, until he arrived at the intersection of Noble and Berkshire avenues. He then allegedly took off and left Harris lying on the ground.

Harris was taken to Bridgeport Hospital and died five days later.

Arrest warrants were obtained on Tuesday for Tillery and Norfleet, who was a passenger in Tillery's vehicle.
