Pro-life groups rallied outside the Planned Parenthood in White Plains Saturday as part of nationwide campaign against abortion.
The campaign, 40 Days For Life, is intended to share a pro-life message outside Planned Parenthood centers for 40 days.
Organizer Gerald Young says they're not approaching any of the women entering the Planned Parenthood building, but are rather hoping women will come up to them and ask some questions.
"We're here to offer hope, and not to judge anybody," she says. "To really ask God to send his spirit upon our society, and upon the men and women in crisis pregnancies – so they feel like they can have life with alternatives to abortion."
Planned Parenthood said in a statement, "Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic is proud to provide care to more than 31,000 patients through all of our services. We will continue our mission of care, no matter what."
The protesters say they will be out in front of Planned Parenthood until Nov. 4, when the campaign ends.
