The TOR #95 bus route will detour in West Haverstraw for six months as the Samsondale Avenue bridge is being replaced. Passengers affected by the detour should meet TOR #95 on East Railroad Avenue between Samsondale Avenue and Tanneyanns Lane, or on Samsondale Avenue east of Tanneyanns Lane.
