Officials say 29-year-old Daley Lorenzo was found shot in the neck outside Simply Seafood on White Plains Road.
Lorenzo was taken to Jacobi Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An unidentified man has been taken into custody.
Police are investigating the shooting.
