Market.Kitchen.Table on Court Street offers a variety of fresh healthy food options.

The establishment is run by a former Rockette-turned personal trainer and her once-client who owned a catering company.

Amanda Schoppe and Willy Anderson say they want to connect people with healthy and delicious food who may not have the time to prepare it themselves.

Their menus feature meals that look more like plans rather than single course meals.

The pair also runs a meal delivery service.
