Autopsy results have been released in the death of a Yonkers woman found naked in her neighbor's backyard.
According to the medical examiner's office, Meredith Checker died of hypothermia. Her death is not considered suspicious.
Checker was found in a yard on Stone Avenue last March less than a block from her home.
Why she left her home without any clothes on remains a mystery.
