Yorktown police have arrested a 15-year-old boy after they say he threatened to blow up a high school.
The threat was allegedly made over the new social media app "Yik Yak." Yik Yak is a relatively new app that allows people to anonymously create and view posts within about a 10-mile radius.
Although there was no specific school targeted, the boy was using the app in the vicinity of Yorktown High School.
He was arrested and later released to a parent.
