Police in Yorktown are asking for the public's help in finding a man who was last seen wandering away from his group home.

Investigators say Steven Lorenz, 34, was spotted yesterday morning at the St. Jude Institute group home along Croton Lake Road. He was wearing an orange coat, dark pants and carrying a green lunch box.

Westchester County and state police searched the area by air and on foot. They also spoke with neighbors and checked hospitals.
