Police say the crash happened around 7:45 a.m., when the bicyclist was hit by a vehicle and declared dead at the scene.
The driver of the car, a 21-year-old, was taken to Northern Westchester Hospital. His condition is not known.
Yorktown police are not releasing further details, as the accident remains under investigation.
