A 43-year-old Yonkers woman has pleaded guilty to second-degree vehicular manslaughter following a crash that resulted in the death of her boyfriend.
Police say Mercedes Vargas crashed her vehicle into a school building while Martires Susana-Pena was hanging on to the hood of her car in September 2021.
