A Yonkers school district employee has been charged with public lewdness.
Police say 57-year-old Rafael Pena exposed himself to a 58-year-old female on Feb. 28.
The incident allegedly occurred in a rented private office located in the Yonkers Police Athletic League on North Broadway.
Pena, who was employed with the district since 2004, was a program specialist.
The school district says he was immediately removed from his duties and is no longer with the district.
