26ds agoThe Yonkers Pride Festival got underway Saturday, offering food, fun and other activities to everyone who took part in the daylong event.
The festival is known for being welcoming to everyone.
"Our community wants to be seen and heard,” said Emmanuel Segarra, of Yonkers. “We're here to show everyone we're part of the community and we're just like everyone else."
