Yonkers PD: 16-year-old involved in crash that killed Sgt. Frank Gauldino in critical condition

On Dec. 1, police say the 16-year-old was speeding on Tuckahoe Avenue eastbound and lost control of the BMW he was driving.

Yonkers police said Sunday the 16-year-old unlicensed driver they believe is responsible for the crash that killed Sgt. Frank Gauldino remains in critical condition.
A criminal investigation is still underway.
On Dec. 1, police say the 16-year-old was speeding on Tuckahoe Avenue eastbound and lost control of the BMW he was driving.
Video shows his car sliding across several lanes of traffic and into the westbound lanes, hitting Gualdino's unmarked car and a Bee-line bus.
