Yonkers parade boosts sales at local businesses

The 60th annual Yonkers St. Patrick's Day Parade gave some local businesses a large spike in sales. Tens of thousands of people were packed along the parade route on McLean Avenue for the event.

Shop owners on McLean Avenue say that people stopped in to pick up anything green to get themselves in the Irish spirit.
Darin Janice says he brought his zeppole truck to the parade to help feed the hungry revelers.
Rory Dolan's Restaurant & Bar, the self-proclaimed "liveliest Irish pub in New York," brought in three times the normal amount of food, alcohol and staff for the influx of business.
