Yonkers police arrested a 42-year-old mother for allegedly burning her 7-year-old son with a hot iron twice.
Authorities say Jyoti Drall got upset that her son was jumping on her bed that she put a hot iron to his arm. Neighbors say cops arrived at the house Wednesday to arrest Drall and recover evidence.
The alleged incident happened Tuesday afternoon, police say. Drall denies an assault charge and endangering the welfare of a child. She was released on $3,500 bail.
