Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano appointed a police reform committee.
The move is in compliance with Gov. Andrew Cuomo's executive order.
The 21-member committee will discuss police policies and procedures.
It's made up of community stakeholders, officers, elected officials, clergy and educators.
